Exploring The World
In 2018, we embarked on a fantastic grand tour of Europe and parts of Africa. We visited over 110 places in 33 countries including an 8 day safari in Kenya. This took us 40 weeks to accomplish.
Great European tour 2018
We stayed in 62 AirBnb’s, 33 hotels, 4 safari lodges and travelled by countless trains and buses, 7 ferries, 20 flights, at least a thousand kilometres by safari Land Cruiser, and almost 1000 miles in a rental car through Wales.
Nature is all around us
One of the most exciting journeys we have taken is our 8 day excursion to Kenya for an outstanding safari visiting Samburu Nature Reserve, Lake Nakuru, Lake Naivasha, and Maasai Mara.
Nature at Home in Costa Rica
We have been retired in the beautiful South Pacific region of Costa Rica for over 11 years now, and the nature surrounding us is incredible.
